Erin has been practicing since early 2011 and completed her 200-hour teacher training through Anchorage Yoga in early 2015. Erin believes that yoga not only assists people in living a better life physically, but emotionally as well. Outside of yoga classes, Erin enjoys playing with her dogs and guiding her son through his experiences in life. She thoroughly enjoys being alive and assisting others in discovering that we are all unique and beautiful. Through her optimism and encouragement, Erin’s energy shines through. She believes “the nature of yoga is to shine the light of awareness in to the darkest corners of the body” just like Dumbledore reminded us “happiness can be found in the darkest of times if one only remembers to turn on the light.”

  • Foundations
  • This is our introductory class. It’s great for students that are new to yoga, those interested in sprucing up on alignment or for those recovering from an injury. This practice will help ALL yogis build a solid foundation and will prepare them to move into the Vinyasa I classes, if they so choose. All levels, 75 degrees.
