Nidra on the 'Nox with Justine Schwab Sat, Sep 22, 2018 at 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Yoga Nidra on the Autumnal Equinox
Saturday, September 22, 6-8:30pm
Taught by Justine Schwab, chanting led by Megan Piersma
It's time to transition! With the added energy of seasonal shift from Summer to Fall and Fall to Winter, it is necessary as Alaskans that we take this time to ground down from the summer buzz, and prep ourselves for the colder and shorter days.
Nidra on the 'Nox (get it, equiNOX?!) will encompass a variety of practices to ground and balance the flood of emotion that comes with slowing down. Our practice will include setting a clear intention formed between heart and mind, a clearly guided chanting session to help us each align with our heart's deepest desire, an asana practice to encourage energetic movement, as well as the deeply nurturing practice of Yoga Nidra. Come prepared to move, ground, and celebrate seasonal transformation.

“A great Awakening has begun. People around the world are opening their eyes to their own spiritual natures. They are beginning to see who they truly are and what they have always been -beings with an eternal past and a glorious future.”      ~Betty Eadie
